Personal guidance
Carlos Bishop |
We offer all students timely access to a qualified and impartial careers guidance meeting and we have a proactive partnership with the local Connexions team. If you, or your child, would like to meet with Mr Bishop (our resident Connexions Personal Advisor), he is present in school on Wednesdays and Thursdays. He can be contacted directly to arrange a suitable time: cbishop@ephs.ealing.sch.uk.

To make the most of your meeting, here are some questions you might like to ask:
- What are the advantages of studying GCSEs, BTECS, A Levels, T Levels, Apprenticeships, Hons Degrees, Foundation Years, HTQs?
- What type of apprenticeships are available in my local area? and how do I apply for them?
- Do you have any tips on how to write a CV and find work experience?
- What kind of jobs links to my favourite subjects?

As well as our internal offer for personal guidance, EPHS highly recommends the use of the National Careers Service resources. Here you will find a live chat function and a telephone hotline, both of which will connect you to a qualified careers advisor who can help answer any questions you may have about your next steps.
